Description

Indulge in the refreshing flavors of summer with this vibrant Fruit Salad Bliss Bowl. Packed with a rainbow of fresh fruits and a zesty dressing, this bowl is a burst of tropical goodness in every bite.

Ingredients

Fruit Salad

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for serving
  • ¼ cup granola for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit: In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mango, kiwis, banana, and grapes.
  2. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), lime juice, and poppy seeds if using.
  3. Toss and Serve: Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat evenly. Spoon fruit salad into bowls. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Optionally, serve with yogurt and granola.

Notes

  • Best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
  • For added protein, pair with cottage cheese or Greek yogurt.
  • Adjust fruits based on what’s in season—peaches, nectarines, or oranges work well.
