Description

A delicious and satisfying Fritos Chili Cheese Salad that combines the crunch of Fritos corn chips with the flavors of chili beans, cheddar cheese, and fresh vegetables, all tossed in a tangy dressing.


Ingredients

Fritos Chili Cheese Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (9.25 oz) Fritos corn chips
  • 1 can (15 oz) chili beans (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Catalina or French dressing


Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chili beans, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and black olives if using.
  2. Add Fritos and Dressing: Just before serving, add the Fritos corn chips and drizzle with Catalina dressing. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
