Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
For the Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
For the Topping:
- 2 lbs fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip the heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the Pie: Spread the filling into the cooled crust. Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
- Finish: Brush melted strawberry jam over the strawberries. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
