Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

For the Topping:

  • 2 lbs fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip the heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
