Description

This Fresh and Flavorful Seafood Salad is a delightful blend of cooked shrimp, crab meat, and a medley of fresh vegetables tossed in a creamy dressing. Perfect for a light and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

Seafood Salad:

  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 pound cooked crab meat (or imitation crab)

Vegetables:

  • 1/2 cup celery (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely diced)
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
