Ingredients

  • 4 slices thick-cut brioche or challah bread
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

For the Peach Sauce:

  • 3 large ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Waffle Iron: Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Prepare the Waffle Batter: In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, soaking both sides thoroughly.
