Ingredients
Main Ingredient
- 1 bottle French Onion Skillet Sauce (approximately 12-16 oz)
Optional for Sauté
- Choice of protein: chicken, beef, or pork (about 1 to 1.5 lbs)
- Or choice of vegetables (such as bell peppers, mushrooms, or zucchini) – about 3 cups chopped
For Flavorful Rice (Optional)
- 1½ cups water
- 1 cup white rice
- ½ cup French Onion Skillet Sauce
For French Onion Ranch Burgers (Optional)
- Ground beef or preferred burger mixture (about 1 lb)
- French Onion Skillet Sauce (to mix into burger patty)
Instructions
- Sauté Proteins or Vegetables: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add your choice of meat—chicken, beef, or pork—or vegetables to the skillet and cook until fully cooked through. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Add Sauce: Pour the entire bottle of French Onion Skillet Sauce into the skillet with your cooked ingredients. Stir well to combine all flavors, then allow the mixture to simmer gently for 5 to 10 minutes to thicken and deepen the flavors.
- Prepare Flavorful Rice (Optional): In a separate saucepan, combine 1½ cups of water, 1 cup of white rice, and ½ cup of the French Onion Skillet Sauce. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Let it simmer until the rice is tender and has absorbed the liquid, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Make French Onion Ranch Burgers (Optional): To add a delicious twist to your burgers, mix some French Onion Skillet Sauce directly into your ground beef or burger mixture before forming patties. Cook the patties using your preferred method until done.
