Ingredients
For the Meatloaf:
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed French onion soup
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese

- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- Mix Meatloaf Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined. Fold in shredded cheese.
- Shape and Bake: Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shape into a loaf, and top with ketchup or BBQ sauce if desired. Bake for 50–60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
