Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add wet ingredients: Add the egg whites and vanilla extract and stir until a thick, brownie-like batter forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips: Fold in all three types of chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Bake: Drop heaping tablespoons of batter onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the tops are glossy and cracked.
- Cool: Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheets before removing.
