Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub each potato with the seasoned oil mixture, making sure they’re fully coated.
  5. Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
  6. Place wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until fork-tender.
