- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub each potato with the seasoned oil mixture, making sure they’re fully coated.
- Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
- Place wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until fork-tender.
- Remove from oven, carefully unwrap, and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired before serving.

- Choose similar-sized potatoes to ensure even cooking.
- Add a pat of butter or shredded cheese before serving for extra flavor.
