Description

Fireball Fluff Salad is a sweet and boozy dessert salad made with Fireball whiskey, fruity gelatin, whipped topping, and marshmallows—perfect for parties and festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3 oz) cherry gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold Fireball whiskey
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cold Fireball whiskey and stir to combine.
  3. Mix in the vanilla pudding mix until well blended and slightly thickened.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the drained crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Fold in chopped pecans if using.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set and fluffy.
  8. Stir gently before serving. Serve chilled.

  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute whiskey with cold water or juice.
