Description
Fireball Fluff Salad is a sweet and boozy dessert salad made with Fireball whiskey, fruity gelatin, whipped topping, and marshmallows—perfect for parties and festive gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 package (3 oz) cherry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold Fireball whiskey
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve cherry gelatin in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold Fireball whiskey and stir to combine.
- Mix in the vanilla pudding mix until well blended and slightly thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows. Stir gently to combine.
- Fold in chopped pecans if using.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set and fluffy.
- Stir gently before serving. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Fireball whiskey based on desired strength.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute whiskey with cold water or juice.
- Best served within 24 hours for optimal texture.
