Description

This Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce is a delicious and spicy twist on traditional ramen noodles. Tender chicken is seasoned with a fiery blend of spices and served over a bed of creamy garlic noodles, creating a flavorful and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

For the Spicy Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

For Garnish:

  • Sliced green onions
  • Red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Spicy Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness. Rub with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Cook in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through. Slice and set aside.
  2. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add flour to make a roux. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and milk. Simmer and add Parmesan, chili garlic sauce, and soy sauce. Stir until thickened.
  3. Cook the Ramen Noodles: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to the creamy sauce. Toss to coat.
  4. Assemble: Serve the creamy garlic noodles topped with sliced spicy chicken. Garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes.

Notes

  • For extra heat, increase chili garlic sauce or add sriracha.
