Instructions
- Preheat and prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise to create a top and bottom piece for the sandwich.
- Prepare the kielbasa and assemble: Cut the kielbasa in half lengthwise and place each piece onto the cut sides of the French bread. Generously drizzle BBQ sauce over the kielbasa to add moisture and flavor. Then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of everything bagel seasoning evenly over each piece of kielbasa to infuse the meat with bold, savory notes.
