Ingredients
English Muffins:
- 4 English muffins (split)
 
Egg Mixture:
- 1 tablespoon butter
 - 4 large eggs
 - 2 tablespoons milk
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or crumbled bacon
 - 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Toast English muffins: Toast the split English muffins until lightly golden.
 - Prepare egg mixture: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble eggs in a skillet until just set.
 - Assemble pizzas: Place toasted muffins on the baking sheet. Top each with scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage or bacon, and optional toppings.
 - Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
