Description

This Easy Watergate Salad recipe is a delightful retro dessert featuring a blend of pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows, pecans, and whipped topping. It’s a creamy, sweet, and fluffy treat perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), plus more for garnish if desired


Instructions
