Description

Ingredients

Main Casserole:

  • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Topping:

  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers or potato chips
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Casserole: In a large bowl, mix the cooked egg noodles, tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, peas, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture in the baking dish.
  3. Make the Topping: Toss crushed crackers or chips with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  4. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool before serving.
