Ingredients
Noodles:
- 8 ounces spaghetti or rice noodles
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil or neutral oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
Garnish:
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro and lime wedges
Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Make Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha, water, and ginger until smooth.
