Ingredients

Ramen Noodles:

  • 1 package instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons hot water (from noodles)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ramen Noodles: Prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and reserve 2 tablespoons of the cooking water.
