Description

These Easy One Pan Buttered Noodles are a simple and delicious side dish that comes together quickly in one skillet. Tender egg noodles are cooked in a flavorful broth and butter mixture, then finished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Ingredients

Egg Noodles:

8 oz egg noodles

Butter:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Broth or Water:

2 cups chicken broth or water

Seasonings:

½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, salt and black pepper to taste

Optional:

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles: In a large skillet, combine noodles, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 8–10 minutes.
