Ingredients
Egg Noodles:
8 oz egg noodles
Butter:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Broth or Water:
2 cups chicken broth or water
Seasonings:
½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, salt and black pepper to taste
Optional:
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook Noodles: In a large skillet, combine noodles, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 8–10 minutes.
- Add Butter: Remove from heat, stir in butter until melted and noodles are coated.
- Finish: Mix in Parmesan and parsley, adjust seasoning, and serve warm.
