- 1/3 cup melted butter
For the Filling:
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

- Assemble and Chill: Spread the pineapple mixture over the prepared crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
- Serve: Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For extra texture, sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs or chopped nuts on top before chilling.
- You can substitute low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping if desired.
