Description

These Easy Nachos are a perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion. Loaded with cheese, beans, and all the classic toppings, they are a crowd-pleaser that’s simple to make and delicious to eat.


Ingredients

Tortilla Chips:

  • 1 (10 oz) bag tortilla chips

Cheese Blend:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Additional Toppings:

  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Serving Suggestions:

  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Layer the Chips: Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the chips.
  3. Add Toppings: Top with black beans, tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, and red onion.
  4. Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
