These Easy Nachos are a perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion. Loaded with cheese, beans, and all the classic toppings, they are a crowd-pleaser that’s simple to make and delicious to eat.
Ingredients
Tortilla Chips:
- 1 (10 oz) bag tortilla chips
Cheese Blend:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Additional Toppings:
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Serving Suggestions:

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Layer the Chips: Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the chips.
- Add Toppings: Top with black beans, tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, and red onion.
- Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Finish and Serve: Sprinkle with cilantro, then serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
