- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
- Heat the oil: In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
