Dough:

- 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)

- 2 ¾ to 3 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit until frothy. Add oil, salt, and gradually mix in the flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the Dough: Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 6–8 minutes until smooth.
- Rise the Dough: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Shape and Bake: Shape the dough into a loaf, let it rise in a pan, then bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
