Description

This Easy Fruity Marshmallow Fudge combines creamy white chocolate with chewy mini fruity marshmallows for a delightful, sweet treat. Perfectly simple to make, this no-bake fudge offers a luscious, melt-in-your-mouth texture with optional toppings like nuts, sprinkles, or shredded coconut to add extra flavor and crunch. Ideal for sharing at parties, holiday gatherings, or as a sweet snack to satisfy your dessert cravings.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini fruity marshmallows
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Mix-ins

  • Nuts (as desired)
  • Sprinkles (as desired)
  • Shredded coconut (as desired)
  • Dried fruit (as desired)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper to ensure easy removal of the fudge once set.
  2. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, gently melt the white chocolate chips, unsalted butter, and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth and fully combined, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  3. Mix in flavors: Stir in the vanilla extract and let the mixture cool for about 2 minutes. Then fold in the mini fruity marshmallows along with any optional mix-ins such as nuts, sprinkles, shredded coconut, or dried fruit, evenly distributing them throughout the batter.
  4. Pour & spread: Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula. Optionally, sprinkle additional mini fruity marshmallows or toppings on top for decoration and added texture.
  5. Chill & set: Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for approximately 2 hours, or until the fudge firm ups completely and is easy to cut.
  6. Slice & serve: Remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper, cut into small squares, and enjoy your delicious fruity marshmallow fudge!

Notes

  • Use parchment paper to easily lift the fudge out of the pan.
  • Be careful not to overheat the chocolate mixture to prevent it from seizing.
  • Feel free to customize with your favorite nuts or dried fruits.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • This fudge is best served chilled to maintain its firm texture.
