Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini fruity marshmallows
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Mix-ins
- Nuts (as desired)
- Sprinkles (as desired)
- Shredded coconut (as desired)
- Dried fruit (as desired)
Instructions
- Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper to ensure easy removal of the fudge once set.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, gently melt the white chocolate chips, unsalted butter, and sweetened condensed milk together until smooth and fully combined, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
- Mix in flavors: Stir in the vanilla extract and let the mixture cool for about 2 minutes. Then fold in the mini fruity marshmallows along with any optional mix-ins such as nuts, sprinkles, shredded coconut, or dried fruit, evenly distributing them throughout the batter.
- Pour & spread: Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula. Optionally, sprinkle additional mini fruity marshmallows or toppings on top for decoration and added texture.
- Chill & set: Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for approximately 2 hours, or until the fudge firm ups completely and is easy to cut.
- Slice & serve: Remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper, cut into small squares, and enjoy your delicious fruity marshmallow fudge!
Notes
- Use parchment paper to easily lift the fudge out of the pan.
- Be careful not to overheat the chocolate mixture to prevent it from seizing.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite nuts or dried fruits.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- This fudge is best served chilled to maintain its firm texture.
