Potatoes:

For Mashing:

- 3/4 cup whole milk (warmed)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:

Instructions
- Boil Potatoes: Place the potato chunks in a large pot, cover with cold water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and boil until fork-tender.
- Mash Potatoes: Drain well, return to pot, add butter, and mash until smooth. Stir in warm milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper until creamy.
