- 1 garlic clove, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1–2 teaspoons honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar until smooth.
- Add the Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and dried oregano. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add honey if desired for a touch of sweetness and whisk again until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Shake or stir well before using. Serve over your favorite salad.
