Description

Ingredients

Bread:

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together bananas, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Combine wet and dry: Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in nuts and cranberries.
  5. Bake: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
