- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ⅔ cup unsalted butter (softened)
For the Glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the cake batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Pour into the baking dish.
- Prepare the cinnamon swirl: In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and softened butter. Swirl this mixture over the cake batter.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
