Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Additional:

  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
  • Coarse sugar for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions
