- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the filling: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in flour, then gradually whisk in milk to form a thick sauce. Season with salt, pepper, chili flakes, cumin, garam masala, and turmeric. Add chicken and cilantro, then cook until thickened.

- Bake: Brush patties with egg wash and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Serve warm.
Notes
- Best served fresh, but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
- Chicken filling can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 2 days.
- For a more intense flavor, use chicken stock in the filling instead of milk.
