Ingredients
Cheesecake Dip:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
 - 1/2 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
 
Toppings and Dippers:
- 1/2 cup toffee bits or chopped pecans
 - 2 medium apples (sliced for dipping)
 - graham crackers or pretzels (optional for serving)
 
Instructions
- Cheesecake Dip: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined. Spread the mixture into a serving dish or pie plate.
 - Toppings: Pour the caramel sauce evenly over the top, then sprinkle with toffee bits or chopped pecans. Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top if desired.
 - Serve: Serve immediately with sliced apples, graham crackers, or pretzels for dipping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
 
Notes
- To prevent apples from browning, toss slices in lemon juice before serving.
 - Dip can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the fridge.
