Ingredients
- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese, well-drained
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp orange zest (optional)
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Drain ricotta using a fine mesh sieve or paper towels for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, beat ricotta and mascarpone together until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest (if using). Beat until fluffy and well blended.
