- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

- Add the brown sugar and stir until fully dissolved and bubbling, about 2-3 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the salt and vanilla extract.
- Let cool slightly before serving or transferring to a jar for storage.
