Description

Tender, flaky tilapia fillets baked with lemon, garlic, and simple spices. This quick and healthy dish is perfect for busy weeknights or light, satisfying dinners with minimal prep and maximum flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Pat tilapia fillets dry and place them in a single layer in the dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the fillets.
  4. Gently rub the seasoning into the fish using your fingers or a spatula.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and is opaque throughout.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
