Ingredients

Dumplings:

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup orange juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare Apples: In a saucepan, combine sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and orange juice. Cook over medium heat until apples are tender.
  3. Assemble Dumplings: Separate crescent roll dough into triangles. Place apple slices on each triangle and roll up, tucking in the edges. Place in the prepared baking dish.
