Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Add the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and milk, stirring until well combined. Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
