- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and milk, stirring until well combined. Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss until the pasta is well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
