- Make the Cream Cheese Frosting: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract and blend until well incorporated.
- Frost the Cooled Crust: Once the crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top, reaching to all edges and corners of the pan.
- Create the Flag Design with Fruit: In the top left corner, arrange blueberries in a small rectangle to form the ‘stars.’ Then, use rows of sliced strawberries and raspberries to create the ‘stripes’ across the rest of the pizza. Alternate the red berries to mimic the flag’s design.
