- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup water
For Frosting:
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 6-inch round cake pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix applesauce, peanut butter, egg, honey, carrots, and water.
