Description

This Detox Smoothie is a refreshing and nutritious blend of fruits and vegetables that will kickstart your day. Packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber, this smoothie is not only delicious but also a great way to detox and cleanse your body.


Ingredients

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut water)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Add almond milk, spinach, cucumber, apple, avocado, lemon juice, ginger, chia seeds, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust: Taste and adjust by adding more lemon juice or liquid for desired consistency.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra protein, add a scoop of plant-based protein powder.
  • If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add 1/2 banana or a few pitted dates.
