- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Add almond milk, spinach, cucumber, apple, avocado, lemon juice, ginger, chia seeds, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
