Chocolate Base

Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
- Prepare the Bark Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking and allow easy removal of the bark.
- Pour and Spread the Chocolate: Pour the melted white chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer using a spatula.
- Add Toppings: Immediately sprinkle the chopped pistachios and dried cranberries evenly over the melted chocolate. Press them gently so they adhere well to the chocolate surface.
- Chill the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, or until the chocolate is completely set and firm to the touch.
