These Deep Dish Pizza Cupcakes are a fun twist on traditional pizza, baked in a muffin tin for a cute individual serving. They are perfect for parties or a quick and easy dinner option.
Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
 
Toppings:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
 - 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper (optional)
 - 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - Nonstick cooking spray
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
 - Prepare the dough: Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 3-inch round. Press each round into the muffin cups, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides.
 - Add toppings: Spoon about 2 teaspoons of marinara sauce into each dough cup, followed by mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and optional vegetables. Top with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
 - Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
