Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Pecan Filling:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Topping:

  • 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Graham Cracker Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a baking dish and bake.
  2. Pecan Filling: Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, cream, and butter in a saucepan. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, and pecans. Pour over crust and bake.
  3. Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese, add sugar and vanilla. Whip cream separately, then fold into cream cheese. Spread over pecan filling.
