Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling:
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
Toppings:
- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a lined pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make the Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and flour. Pour over crust.
- Add Toppings: Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake, swirl gently, and sprinkle with nuts if desired.
- Bake and Chill: Bake for 35–40 minutes, cool, refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with more caramel and sea salt before serving.
