Description

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

Notes
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt after baking for extra flavor contrast.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Freeze dough balls for on-demand cookies; bake from frozen with an extra minute or two added.
