Ingredients
For the Steak and Potatoes:
- 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions
- Spray the Crockpot: Spray the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray.
- Prepare Potatoes: Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings in a bowl.
- Layer Ingredients: Layer seasoned potatoes and steak pieces in the crockpot.
- Cook: Cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until tender.
- Add Toppings: In the last 15 minutes, add cheese and bacon to melt.
- Serve: Top with sour cream and green onions before serving hot.
Notes
- You can swap sirloin for ribeye or strip steak.
- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños.
- Yukon gold or red potatoes can be used.
