Ingredients
Chicken:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Soup Mixture:
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Stuffing:
- 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
Optional:
- 2 cups frozen green beans or mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Lightly grease the crockpot. Mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Layer the Ingredients: Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Spread soup mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Add vegetables if desired.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve: Fluff the stuffing, shred the chicken, and serve hot.
