Description

Indulge in a delightful breakfast or dessert with these easy and scrumptious Crock Pot Cinnamon Rolls filled with cherry pie goodness. Perfect for a cozy morning treat or sweet ending to any meal!

Ingredients

Cinnamon Rolls:

  • 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing

Cherry Pie Filling:

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crock Pot: Spray the inside of the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Layer the Ingredients: Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place half in the bottom of the crock pot. Spoon half of the cherry pie filling over the cinnamon rolls. Repeat with the remaining cinnamon rolls and cherry pie filling.
  3. Season and Cook: Drizzle vanilla extract over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon if using. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2½ hours, or until the rolls are cooked through and fluffy.
  4. Final Touches: Remove the lid and let sit for 10 minutes to firm up slightly. Drizzle the reserved icing over the top before serving warm.

Notes

  • Add chopped pecans or walnuts between layers for extra crunch.
  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for a dessert-style treat.
