Ingredients
Dough:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast

- 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus more for brushing)
Instructions
- Prepare the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, yogurt, and olive oil to the flour and mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead and Rise: Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
