Ingredients
Salmon Bites:
- 1 lb skinless salmon fillet (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
For Cooking:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for pan-frying)

Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Add salmon cubes and marinate in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes.
- Coat Salmon: Sprinkle cornstarch over marinated salmon and toss until evenly coated.
- Cook Salmon: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add salmon cubes in a single layer, cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Remove salmon from the pan, drain on paper towels, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with preferred sides.

- For extra crispiness, consider using an air fryer at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
