Ingredients

Salmon Bites:

  • 1 lb skinless salmon fillet (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

For Cooking:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for pan-frying)

Optional Garnish:

  • sliced green onions
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Add salmon cubes and marinate in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes.
  2. Coat Salmon: Sprinkle cornstarch over marinated salmon and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Cook Salmon: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add salmon cubes in a single layer, cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve: Remove salmon from the pan, drain on paper towels, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with preferred sides.
