Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus (trimmed)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare breading station: Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs and milk, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat asparagus: Dredge each asparagus spear in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and coat with Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake: Place coated asparagus sticks on baking sheet, spray with olive oil, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Serve warm with preferred dipping sauce.

- These sticks pair well with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli.
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1–2 minutes of baking.
