Ingredients
Potatoes:
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
Seasoning Mixture:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the seasoning: In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the baking sheet: Drizzle olive oil over the bottom of the baking sheet, then sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly across the oiled surface.
- Coat the potatoes: Place the halved potatoes cut-side down directly onto the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to help the crust adhere.
- Bake: Roast for 25–30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Let them cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before carefully lifting with a spatula. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
